Help uploading a image here

Trying to upload a jpeg scan of test pattern for canon mp560 thats having small troulbe with black. Everytime I try to "submit" my image i get the message:

ERROR: Unable to upload image.

Thats it, no reason why. Is the file to big? Do I need to move it to another folder? Any help would be apreciated

If your file is a JPEG could you change it to a PNG and then try uploading it?
Click the Browse button and locate the file on your own hard drive, tick the resize image box and then click on the submit button and wait for it to appear in the My uploads.
Im sorry, I know it is stating the obvious but you could be missing something... :|
