I'm no technician nor anything of the sort, and I just want to know if I won't need one to fix this simple problem at the comfort of my home.
I did head cleaning for like a dozen times, did printhead alignment- but nothing seems to take out the gaps i see when i print out anything- all other colors show all right, but the annoying yellow shows gaps and jagged lines.
I think I've wasted a lot of ink and paper already and I'm tired of head cleaning which doesn't even work.
can anyone tell me what to do? I dont want to take the printer to where i bought it, as it is far from where i live.
