!
Pro10s is it's name and while nozlecheck is top, it smears and i can't get correct alligment in Cyan (p&x), since i...:
1. did not use it for around three weeks and
2. replaced cyan OEM with refilled and resettet cartridge.
Since then, i need to set cyan (p&x) to +5 and that's even not enough.
I recognized the problem printing targets, i had smeared transitions on the patches..
First i used the Softwareoptions to clean everything of course. After i did two manual head cleanings with dist. water and isoprop., also cleaned the "film", the sponge and everything else inside where i can get easily, changed the cartridge to another refilled one and even tested noisereduction when printing.
Sometimes it works clean, sometimes it does not, more of the last. The aligment is bad at all when i test it, but the smearing between the patches is not existing in rare cases.
Tested HP-EV-Glossy, Epson Archival matte and HM-ADuerer. (all A4 and around 190g/m2 to 210g/m2)
Is it possible that the problem comes from insert a resettet (oem) cartridge? Do i have any chance that installing everything new makes the difference? Drivers and firmware or what?
Please let me know if you have heared from a problem like this, i did not found this specific issue in www.
Till then, have a good time,
kind regards
