Great service from Canon

I purchased a canon G6020 mega tank printer from B&H last October, and it worked great until about a month ago when it began making a streek that showed up on solid areas, like photos. I tried cleaning, deep cleaning, and flushing the system, and it remained; I called Canon this past Tuesday and, after a short wait, was connected to a Tech who just asked a few questions and said they would ship out a new print head, the only issue was they didn't have one in stock, so they shipped me a new printer. I received it Thursday. Just two days after I called. I was blown away by how it all went. I need to ship the old unit back (in the same box they sent the new one) at no charge. I have used Canon Printers for years; this was the only time I had to use warranty service, and I could not have been happier.
