Why oh why is it that some people get so utterly upset that they have to go screaming to Paypal, making all sorts of rather unlikely and ridiculous claims about how they've been "ripped off" and how a software utility has just done the equivalent of repainted the house (the wrong colour), spent thousands on porn and (the ultimate insult) left the loo seat up!! (Oh the humanity!)...

Surely it makes more sense to send a support request explaining that something has gone wrong and ask for help. Sure there's enough rip off artists out there but until you've actually had a bad experience with a specific company, surely it's worth waiting till they've actually woken up! :/

Still trying to work out how a utility caused external damage to a printer though... Did it leap out, grab a hammer and smash the printer to bits? I think not...

At first I thought websnail was talking about his wife complaining about his house painting, porn watching and toilet seat shenanigans.

What's "the black stuff"? Or is it better left unsaid? I'm concerned about asking an Irishman a question on Saint Patrick's Day as all manner of answers may flow depending upon the time of day and the amount of thirst quenched, at least in my town. ;)

Happy Saint Patrick's Day to The Hat and all on Nifty-Stuff!

I figured as much remembering our previous conversation about the best beer money can rent - Guinness.

As the so-called "champagne" of beers, Miller just doesn't seem to be right for the day... unless you hold your pinkie up in the air as you drink. :D

Not me. I love to hear people bitchin about stuff on a printer forum. It's like a TV soap opera at times - The Edge of Refilling or As the World Prints. Or maybe the Dr. Phil show for all the soothing psychological care given to those with frayed nerves from malfunctions- though I think Phil's what you Brits would call a "wanker". :D
