I am working on a project that will handle roll labels and it seems that printer rolls would be ideal pulling the paper through. Indeed looking at some commercial labeling machines they seem to incorporate what looks like platen rollers.
I am trying to find a pair of rollers, one shaft driven, the other dead axle with a reasonably low Shore hardness and a surface length of 9-14 inches and a diameter around 1.25 inches.
I have searched the last three nights but I cannot find anyplace that specifies rollers by dimension. They are only listed by OEM part number from what I see.
Is there any place to see mechanical descriptions?
