Forum should add Thanks button and Private massage button so that helped can thank the helper for the gigantic effort. Second Private Massage button should be added. In case the problem cannot be solved , may be a talk on phone [if both are comfortable] can solve the issue.

But private communication can only help one person. Public forums can help thousands of people. Usually there are ten times as many unregistered guests on as there are registered guests. These people are all being helped without ever asking a question simply by looking at new posts or by using the search function.

You can always thank anyone who has helped you publicly, as you have already done. Your public thanks are always appreciated.
