Error Message U071

I just got the error U071. How do you reset this? It says "you have more than one ink tank of the following color installed". I don't know if I can get two carts in same slot and they sure are in the right spot. I have held in the reset for over 5 seconds and nothing. Will I have to resort to a new Cart? Thanks
