Epson XP630 (410 Carts). What to do about chips on refillable carts?

Im reading that the USA Epson XP630 doesn't get along with refillable carts and I have to install a new chip every time I refill. Is this true? Is there some way around it?

Too bad, friend...
As it happens, in Europe, the 410 cartridges can be refilled without problems. From some reason, the US xp-630, xp-640 printers do not have such luxury.

I dumped my xp-640 for this reason.
