Epson WF-7610 Help

Hi All,

I have an Epson WF-7610 and need some help.

The part highlighted in the picture came off and a number of springs came out.

Does anybody know what this part is called?

Also does anybody know how many springs are meant to be under the plastic piece and if need be where I can get more of the springs.

Can no one help @Acorn with his predicament on his WF-7610, assuming you are a he ?
I would have taught the AIO printer were popular...

I was only running a WF-7110 without a scanner; is the unit still under warranty ? I would expect that there was an option to extend the Epson warranty to 3 years at the time of purchase. Or you may search for a maintenance manual for this printer - e.g. at 2manuals.com or elsewhere.
