Ok I'm interested in buying a Epson T10.... if I get this http://www.imex-intl.com/leaflet_cartridges.html . Can I refill and use dye based inks with the printer? or..... will it just be plain stupid idea and kill my print head

Also do Epson print heads die from printing without ink  I heard they don't Boil ink

i know the guys here would suggest you don't do that, because the T10 is a pigment based printer.
however, a lot of T10 printers are being offered for sale here in the philippines already modified with a CIS system, and they're putting in dye inks, and they seem to be working fine.
but why get a T10 if you want dye? get some canon printers instead.

You can put dye based ink in pigmented cartridges and you will not cause any problems with the print head, If you do it the other way around and try pigmented ink in a dye based system you will run into problems.
