Hi all,
I have run the head cleaning 3 times today in an attempt to print a photo. Before I ran it I replaced 4 ink cartridges with Epson catridges, (one of them was Cyan, the one I am having problems with) After 3 attempts my report looks like the attached. The Cyan color is not printing anything - completely blank. Does anyone have any suggestions? could the brand new cartridge be bad? or something else wrong in the printer itself? I will be grateful for any ideas.
Thanks Wendy

You can try cleaning the printhead; I think the SC P700 uses the same basic print mechanism as the older 3880. However, a clogged printhead seems unlikely, since the whole channel is out. It seems more likely it is a bigger blockage in the ink delivery system further upstream, like a plugged damper or ink delivery line.

Hi Wendy
Did you resolve your problem? I’m having exactly the same issue.
I print regularly, 2-3 times a week, and mid print the light gray stopped. I’ve cleaned the print heads 3 times in total with rests between. New light gray cartridge. No change. Can anyone advise please? Thanks!
