Epson RX 700 cartridges

I have a Epson Stylus Photo RX 700. Is there any way I can draw the ink out of some cartridges that I had for a Epson Stylus Photo CX5200 and put in the empty cartridges for my RX700. I don't really want to just throw them(CX5200) away
but I no longer have the CX5200.
