Does anyone have any clue as to the correct and successful way to refill the Epson 84 cartridge-it is spongeless and works off a vaccum. I have tried and succeded but what a mess.

epson C84 is a durabrite printer isn't it.....
Maybe you should cover the ink output hole by something..kinda tape or else
.....
A lot of ink refill site provide the instruction....
Today i got a new C67 which is durabrite ultra...and i still can't figure how to refill
it coz the ink tank was different than C65 or C84.....:)

These cartridges have a baffled interior which makes them difficult to refill. At ink supply places, you can purchase empty cartridges for your printer that are very easy to refill. Just remove the plug, and fill with ink...and you're good to go.

I recently develop a kit to refill them using a vacuum syringe, however it also require a Epson chip resetter, a glue gun to reseal the filling hole to complete the job. I refill them w/ 100% success rate, oh yeah the Epson 100% compatible pigment (DuraBrite) ink is another thing.
