Epson PictureMate PM-400 – Completely Blank Prints / Nozzle Check

Hi everyone,

I have an Epson PictureMate PM-400 that was unused for more than a year. After setting it up, all prints are completely blank,

I have tried:

• Printing from computer and mobile — both blank.
• Built-in Nozzle Check — completely blank.
• Head Cleaning twice — no improvement.
• Ink level decreases after cleaning/nozzle checks.
• Cartridge is an Epson 320-I Initial Cartridge and all four ink outlets appear wet/contain ink.

Since the printer was unused for a long time, I suspect the print head/nozzles or ink delivery path is clogged.

Can anyone help with:

1. How can I confirm whether ink is reaching the print head?
2. Is there a safe way to physically/manual clean the PM-400 print head?
3. Is there any cleaning solution/method ?
4. Please advice how to solve this issue and get printer Working..
