I had a CIS that had some really horrible ink (everything printed with a strong yellow tint). I've since switched to a new one and after going through almost a whole re-fill cycle, the colors have returned to normal somewhat.
The problem I have now is that prints seems to be discoloring immediately after they're printed. The prints look correct fresh out of the printer but would gradually start changing color a few seconds after. The change isn't huge but the photo would slowly develop a purple tint and start to dull one patch at a time.
My guess is that the new ink could be reacting with old ink from the bad CIS. Could the old ink still be around in the printer after a full refill cycle? If so, how would I be able to flush it out?
