HI, im a newbie on here and im just hoping someone can help me ,i purchased my epson stylus photo R285 a while ago and had no problems with it ,then my ink ran out that came with the printer but at time was'nt able to buy refills for it ,about 6 months has past and ive just tried to put new ink into the printer ,but after installing the ink it just keeps saying on my pc monitor to refill its not recognising the cartriges ,can anyone help plz
