I had used the non OEM color cartridge, since then it shows horizontal blue lines in the printing. Clear up the head several time and it only reduce few lines. But I had used other non-OEM cartridge which is ok, no blue horizontal lines show up. It seems some non OEM cartirdges are all right. Any idea of what happen and criteria to buy non OEM color cartridge? Or way to fix the problem?
