Duplex printing 8.5" x 5.5" on an ET3750

Happy New Year,
I am making a booklet with 8.5 x 5.5 sheets on my ET3750. I am using "Booklet Creator" to convert the PDF for printing.
Can someone walk me through duplex printing this or is it even possible? I tried before with no luck.

Currently I just manually feed the paper page by page.

If you are only making a few booklets then it would be better to manually feed the sheets into the printer yourself, it’s safer and quicker, because booklet printing can be mind-boggling when you don’t have the time to spend on getting it right..
