I need some help with my dell 966 all in one printer. I refill my dell cartridge a week ago.
When I receive a Fax it will put the fax into a memory. But will not let me print the fax because it shows low ink? Is there any way to take away the ink level or another way to print my faxes?
:(

Not sure about Dell models, but this much I do know. Dell cartridges are made by Lexmark, and most Lexmark models allow you to reset your ink levels by telling the printer that you have just installed a "new" cartridge. Check your driver under "cartridge maintenance" to find the level indicator, or your DELL desktop icon. In any case, you should be able to find the info in your manual......

The newer Dell cartridges and Lexmark cartridges cannot be reset to full. You have a Dell I think Series 7, as with the Lexmark 32, you have to just hit enter between faxes, and if you have a lot of faxes, it can be real inconvient.
