I've heard some people say it's maybe a bait-switch where they end up charging a ton of $$ for shipping.

I wonder if they are clearing out remaining stock. Only the black/yellow version available. No black/blue version at that price.

The colour you choose is just optional and it doesn’t affect the overall price, you can always change yourself later if you don’t like the colour, I have one of each colour and I don’t favour either colour.

I got my CR-10 12 months ago and it cost me $413 inc shipping (€285) and I reckoned at that time I got a bargain, so the current sale price of $250 is exceptional, I got bought mine with GearBest.com.

When I looked at the site yesterday, the only option you had was black/yellow or nothing at all for $250, no black/blue, hence my comment on clearing out remaining stock. Probably an upgrade is in the wings.
