Hi!
Please can someone help me, I’ve been cleaning, print head cleaning, system cleaning everything I can think of and still I have a blocked PGY. Once I print the nozzle check it shows a white stripe, I then clean it again and print another and it shows it’s working fine. Then I will print 3 times and it’s back to streaks and colour missing and I start all over again.
What can I do? Am I doing something wrong? So I need to buy a new print head?

I had a similar nozzle check with a Canon inkjet 18 months ago - worse even - and I did have to buy a new printhead. I was able to find a cheap aftermarket one. It is working fine. You might want to look into trying a cleaning solution before forking out for a printhead.

You can try print something to help clear and clean up the problem, when you get a persistent clog like that, a heavy print session can work wonders, if you had an electrical issue then the missing nozzles would be permanent..
