hi dont know where to post this so i find this spot i cleaned with windex and then didnt try it used some alcohol and saw a little more nk in bottom after that then tried works great . before it was bone dry not so much as a smudge on the paper . thanks

Great, thanks so much for the follow up on this. We wish more people would post the results of their troubleshooting. We even like to see the ones that don't work!

Small request for the UK based types... What do you use if you don't have windex as a brand name in your country? Are we talking about standard window cleaner?

... and where can I find instructions on where is should be sprayed, placed, etc... (how to apply?)..

I'm so going to be guilty of the "use search" now aren't I :blush:

ammonia-based glass cleaner. the one with the strong odour.
