canon will not print despite new ink cartridges

Have a 5200 series canon pixma printer that was working fine until I replaced ink cartridges. Can anyone help?

To answer your question we need more detail. I guess the printer is a Canon Pixma iP5200?

What type of cartridges do you use? New OEM, refilled OEM, new compatible cartridges or refilled compatible cartridges? If you are using refilled cartridges, what brand of ink are you using? And very important, how does the printer malfunction after the cartridge change?

Is this the first time you've replaced cartridges? If they are OEM new ones be sure that you've removed the plastic wrap over the air vent.
