Canon pro 10s Line Though my prints Top to bottom

Hi I have another problem I followed the advice give on my first post. I went to CRC at Woking the canon repair centre and brought a new print head £130
I brought a new set of canon inks Installed the print head with new inks hoping every think would be fine and I got a line down my A4 test print from top to bottom.Just like the one in the images I have added .I have been it touch with CRC and they tell me they have not come across it before and it can not be the print head.I never had this problem with my old printhead that I replaced .
If I print an image that's not plain it prints ok I have printed other images in other colours and they have the line with defused back grounds. CRC have told me to send the printhead back so they can check it, Has anyone come across this before .When I print the same image on my canon 8750 it print without a line .

There are other irregularities around the line.
Maybe a printhead travelling speed problem.

Could be the printer was stored in a dirty/dusty location.
Did you check the timing belt is clean ? (be carefull with this)
Sticky sliding bars ? (never seen this though).
