Canon Pro 100 series Printer Paper Feed

I just received this printer today from Adroma,got the software and drivers installed,but I can't get the paper to feed.Anybody know what the problem might be.Need help.

Flip down the tiny rear flap to the rear of the printer. You likely have it up.

No Flap is down.

Did you check to see if youd taken all of the orange tape from inside the printer ?
