Does anyone know of any Canon printers that are easy to refill and still available? I am looking for one in the $100 to $180 range and is also an office AIO.
Thank you in advance.

MX870 is still currently available and uses the easily refillable (with a resetter) CLI-221 cartridges. They sell for around $120 and have fax/copy/scan. Single sided and duplex ADF. Decent machine, not the fastest but it has a load of functions. I have one that we have been using heavily to scan and print flyers and it has held up pretty well.

You might want to consider buying two so that if you ever have a problem with the first one, you can quickly switch to your second one and keep printing while you research the same issue you are dealing with now some time in the future. Don't depend on any kind of warranty to get you out of this problem because they will usually exchange your printer for a newer one that they consider to be equivalent but will be harder to refill.

I also wouldn't rule out used printers, especially ones that use BCI-6 cartridges that are really easy to refill or CLI-8 cartridges that are also easy but require a chip resetter.

Do you know where to buy those older printers? I could not find any of them online.

What is the difference between the MX860 and the MX870?

The MX870 is the updated version of the MX860. They are virtually the same.
