Hello,
I have a Pixma TR8620a printer, and this morning I was printing a large batch of stickers for my small shop, and everything was going smoothly. Then my ink ran low, so I replaced it with the same brand and type I always use. I printed everything with my usual settings, but suddenly the colors are WAY off. Is it possible that the new ink is from a bad batch? I've tried almost all the maintenance and cleaning options, but I'm really confused about what happened.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

What is the same brand of ink you use? New OEM cartridges? New aftermarket cartridges? Remanufactured cartridges?

If you refill your cartridges then what kind of cartridges do you refill and with what ink?

The colours suddenly being way off could be caused by one colour failing to print. so could you upload a scan of a nozzle check. Scans of a label with the proper and the wrong colours might also be helpful in solving the problem. You could crop the scans or block personal details if necessary.
