Canon Pixma Pro9000 Mkii - custom print sizes

The more I look the more I get confused.

Just how do I create custom print sizes larger than a3+ length? (I understand the width is determined by the printer's physical limitations)

Its only a matter of going into Page setup/ Media Type and scrolling down to the bottom to find Custom Size..
