Hi

I got my old printer from a friend to refurbish.

Unfortunately, it keeps throwing the B200 error, which indicates a problem with the printhead. I've already tried covering individual pins with tape, without success.

How can I reset the printhead?

You can’t, there’s nothing you can do except put the printer in the dumpster, there are no new print heads available for this model and not likely to be.. Sorry..

EBay purchased print heads are useless..
