Can anyone help - you'll need to use simple language, as I'm a technophobe.
I had problems with 'waste ink full', but I've managed, with lots of help, to over-ride with the sequence of actions you need to use.
But now it will copy things, but won't work with m/s docs I need to print - it comes up on the BJ Monitor that the printer is offline. I've been through the 'troubleshooting' menu, done everything suggested - a steep learning curve, I can tell you! - but it still won't work.
HELP??
Oh, and don't let the techno-speak give you the idea that I might understand any of this - I'm just regurgitating the terminology I've seen on the screen, so please explain as if to an idiot - you won't be far wrong!
