Canon Pixma ix6850
Hello,

I have a canon Pixma ix6850 (brand new) and keep having the same faded line appear about an inch from the bottom on my A3 prints (see attached). I’m printing on A3 300gsm inkjet double sided matte coated paper. So far I have tried the following:

- cleaning & nozzle check (see attached)
- Aligned print heads manually
- Set to longest drying time
- Set prevent paper abrasion
- Turned bidirectional printing off
- enabled quiet mode
- cartridges are all new
- printer media setting on matte photo paper

Before I go ahead and order different paper to try, is there anything else that I should try with the settings?

Thank you for your help!

Could the problem be caused by the paper not being perfectly flat but curled? Does the error also appear in the same place if you turn the paper 180 degrees?
