Canon Pixma 9000 print head does not move, all ink lamp lights off

I turned on my Pixma after havent used it for a couple of weeks, the yellow and green light started blinking alternately and on the computer I shows service error 5110 which points to an carriage lifter error.
I tried all the fixes I found in this forum but nothing did help.
Now I noticed that all the ink lamp lights on the ink tanks are off, shouldnt there be red lights on all the time when the ink tank is full?
