Canon MP970 Printing Issue

Greetings,

I'm printing on a Canon Pimxa MP970 using Glossy Photo Paper 4"x6" (non Canon) it's 260gsm. Photo's print beautifully and faithfully except for the last centimeter or so when it sounds like the print head is banging against the edge of the paper as if the printer is losing grip and can't keep the paper still.

I woul appreciate any suggestions to a possible solution.

Make sure your paper is flat.
