Canon MG5220 B200 error message

I've been refilling for years. Currently a Canon MG5220. Will admit to the fill-until-spill method, but hey, it works for me.
Just an art teacher trying to cut cost on printing images and text for my students.
Now an error B200 is showing. Followed the suggested, remove carts, remove print head, replace all, close, turn off, unplug, wait 10 minutes,,,,,,,,,,,,,,no go.
Have tried wiping residue ink off cartridge seats inside print head, no go.
What do I try next? Thanks in advance.

If there is no hope for my print head in the MG5220, where would I find a new or refurbished print head, and is it worth it to replace the head or get another printer?
If a replacement printer is called for, what are the current suggestions. Need a scanner, doesn't have to be wireless and want to continue to refill.
