Canon ip4300

I have tried everthing to get my ip4300 to print colour, but it just wont happen
I have run numerous cleaning cycles, removed the printhead and cleaned it manualy and still nothing Helllllp

Maybe you have Grayscale print selected:
Click 'My Printer"
Select Printer button
Select IP4300 As Available Printer
Click OK
Select Printer Settings Button
Uncheck Grayscale box
Click OK
Close My Printer

I hope ruffin's suggestions have worked. If not do a search on this forum for cleaning printheads. There is lots of help available. How did you clean the printhead after you removed it?
