Canon ip4300

got a problem i someone can help

recently got an ip4300 and immediatly put a cis kit on that I had working for a couple of day.. i know have a fault on the machine with the green light flasing once and then the orange alarm light flashing once

there is no info on this in the manual,

has anyone any suggestions

The IP4000 service manual is probably close enough to be useful here.

Another resource is the Canon online IP4300 FAQ, available in downloads library. If you can't find it do a search in this forum for Canon and FAQ, as I've posted it a few times.

Seems to be this one:

continuous alternate blinking - ROM error - replace the logic board assembly

it's the same error code for the iP4200.

Better stick some OEM carts in there and take or send it to Canon Service. You must still be under warrantee for that logic board.

Or you can buy a brand new logic board on eBay: Item number: 250075230353 :cool:
