Canon image PROGRAF TM-255

Hi Everyone,
New member here.
Just installed a new printer (Canon image PROGRAF TM-255), and wondered if any of your members are familiar with this printer?
There are a number of issues we can't seem to resolve, and I'm sure that they are only very minor tweaks that are required.
Any help or advise, would be very much appreciated.

Hello, I just saw your post.

I also have TM-255 since 10.2025 and I am pretty happy with it. I will be happy to answer your questions if I stumbled upon them in my work (although I am not really a Canon professional, my other printers are Epson) but so far I achieved pretty decent results on matter papers and on canvas also.
