My 3-year-old got to my Canon i9900 printer and tore out a thin, flexible plastic strip about 21" long. From reading other forum posts, this may be what is called a "timing strip". Can anyone give me information about how I can obtain a replacement (it appears one end was torn) and how to re-install this part.
