I recently moved my Canon i9900 printer and am beginning to think I may have broken the operator pad.
When I plugged in, the operator pad started blinking green, but not going steady. I connected up computer, and the computer sees it, but when I try something such as checking ink levels, I get a 69 error, and then the light blinks orange, continuously.
I've tried resetting but I can't power off. No matter how many times I press the power off button, it doesn't power off. The light will blink faster when I've click and hold the power button, but it won't go off.
Any suggestions, or do I have an expensive paperweight? Any help would be appreciated.
