Even though there isn't a paper jam in the machine, it gives me the error message of 1 green/3 yellow/1 green flashes. I have tried to check the rollers, etc to no avail. The previous owner had the same problem and took it to a Canon repair shop but they never corrected the problem either. Any suggestions? Could it be a hair or something small on a sensor? I love the quality of the prints so want to be able to find a remedy. Help!
