I own the i960. It is about 2 yrs old now. I am having problems with it not printing pictures very well. After doing a nozzel test I found that the following do not print a full test.

Photo Cyan real bad
Photo Magenta bad
Magenta has a few white lines
Black has a few white lines

I have done the following to try and clean the head. I went in the following order after installing new ink carts.

1. ran cleaning cycle
2. ran deep cleaning cycle
3. washed head with hot water, blew out with compressed air
4. washed head with Windex with ammonia, blew out with compressed air, rinsed in warm water, blew out with air again.
5. soaked head in windex, blew out, rinsed with water, blew out
6. used a syring and put drops of alcohol on white disk where ink carts go, blew out, rinsed, blew out.

I did a cleaning cycle and nozzel check after each method with little or no help.

I am using non-oem carts from Tylermartin.com since no OEM are avalible locally.

Anyone have any ideals?

Thanks in advance.
