My Canon i960 was working fine until I moved. Now it only blinks green (no other color)... If I open the cover the cartridges do not reseat -- nothing moves. Yet the computer detects the printer -- but I am unable to print to it. Pressing reset does nothing. Any ideas?

Turn the printer off, then attempt to go into service mode. You know how, right?

Then power back down and power back on, try again.

The printer blinking in green only is not covered in the service manual. Operator call errors are indicated by blinking in orange only and service call errors are indicated by blinking in alternating orange and green.

Normally the printer blinking in green indicates that it is receiving a print job, so could something have gone wrong with the print queue? Can the printer be turned on if the USB cable is disconnected?

Instructions for entering service mode are found in the service manual.

I think your print head maybe stuck on the locking latch caused by the move.
Or you could also try pressing the resume button twice only and no more.

Sounds like a winner. Had the same experience.
