Hello,

I've been reading through posts in this forum hoping to resolve my problem but no luck yet. Here's the problem- All ink cartridges- black, yellow, magenta and cyan, have plenty of ink. However, only Yellow and Black are printing. However, when I run the Nozzle test, all three colors print out fine. I have no idea what's going on. I've run the Clean and Deep Clean procedures several times with no apparent change.

Thanks,

Lee

Did you pull the tape on the top of the cartridge to break the seal for the vent before installing all cartridges? Take a look at the top of the cartridges. The vent is under a piece of plastic tape. But there is a groove underneath it and vents at the rear end. When the cartridge is new the vent is covered. You need to pull the tap to break the seal to open the vent.
