I need some help. The black ink ran out on my i560. I replaced the cartridge but the printer failed to print black, although colour was OK. I then found that the black cartridge had popped up. I pressed it down, but still can't print black. What can I do? In addition, I cant find a clean printer command on my MAC. Any help would be appreciated. Geoff.
