Hi, I have a Canon i550 that is having a problem printing all of the colors accurately. I tried the cleaning and deep cleaning and head alignment procedures to no avail. The test nozzle print shows the black crosshatch pattern at top, the cyan is an evenly spaced row of columns of dashed lines, the magenta is the crosshatch and the yellow has the crosshatch pattern, although it is faint. Below that there are six spots labeled A thru F, A, C, D and F look ok, however B is just a row of cyan stripes and there is nothing at all under E. The alignment check prints a page with the same A thru F labels and the results are the same with vertial cyan lines under B and nothing at all under E. Does anyone have an idea?
