I've used the Canon i470D for almost 5 yrs. w/o a problem. Unfortunately, however, it has been giving me a fit. I printed about 58 pages for our income tax & after that it doesn't want to grab the paper to print. It seems to be slipping as when it does finally grab the sheet it starts printing too late. i.e. it will clip off the top portions of the text. Wasn't there a cleaning sheet that Canon sold to clean the rollers after using one of their high resolution papers? Any help would be appreciated. If all else fails this old fella served me well & I'm not po'd to give it a fond farewell if necessary. Thanks in advance.
