Canon EEPROM (Please Explain)

Hi All,

Today I printed the eeprom of a canon printer thanks to a tool provided by narmenia and would like to ask 2 questions

is there any document to explain the various info printed ?

if I reset the EEPROM, Will I reset ALL the info in there or some info will remain ?

I saw that file this morning and it helps a lot, but I think I have a lot to learn in this subject (hobby)

Any one knows what this means CF (D=1 E=1) please ?

I have the feeling that my printer was not new
