Canon CL 41 Problem

I have some problem with this cartrige type, the problem always come at third time refiiling.
first and second time is ok, I haven't no problem, but the third yellow color always cannot printing.

Please help me, thank's

i also have same problem to magenta head.
when i use head cleaning, bands are double every time.

but i use CISS system on my Canon IP1300. so
i could print around 15-17 cartriges equle ink.
near 60ml.
