If you are talking about (completely) removing a printers drivers (I had occasion to do this with a Canon Printer which insisted on using Spanish when selecting print properties), then click:
Start
Printers and Faxes
File
Server Properties
Drivers
Select the offending printer, remove the driver, then re-install.
